Checkr searches national and county records for criminal eviction and sex offender histories. I use cozy to collect rent. They ll be prompted to create a cozy account and securely enter their information to verify their identity.

Get critical applicant info in a single report. Theres an option to pay a small fee to get it quicker i use to get it in 2 3 days. Overall happy with it as it beats cashing checks. Once verified they can run and pay for their own screening reports and share the results with you.
